  very upset with the service here, brought my computer in to have them look at memory, after a few days no work was done and i required it. when i brought it home i discovered the cord had been forcibly dislodged and my magsafe adapter was also broken. when i confronted them they said they would fix it, then later said it was my fault and would not release the computer until i had paid. not even an apology, the manager threatened me when i complained.

  Just had these guys build me a new gaming rig and setup a 2 cameras on my home. First class service and knowledgeable young people. See you in the spring for my son's PC!

  Fixed our ps4 almost lmao all the screws were not put back ... it fell apart thanks alot I paid over a hundred dollars I wish I taken it to somebody who cares about the quality of work.... glad never took any back there..... better places in town for a better rate..... these guys never even called me to let me know my ps4 was ready I waited over a month

  Relocated to Port Alberni from Calgary Alberta. Brought my laptop which I had forgotten the password to. Turns out my Windows was corrupt and had to be reloaded. NanaTech reloaded it and loaded virus protection, and now it works better than it did in Calgary. Would definitely use them again. Not going to say how much they charged me, but it was cheaper than what Staples quoted me.

  tried to get a computer built. they told me they'd contact me. Weeks passed. I contacted again.. a few more weeks. don't waste your time.
