  Kelly, would for sure remember us. 3 Australian's struggling to find their way back to Vancouver. My car had huge problems that without assistance we would've of been able to make it back to the mainland. Within 24hrs Kelly and another gentleman i did not get the name of ordered a part for my car fixed and replaced the problem and we were all on our merry way. I would without a doubt recommend this place, wonderful kind men who aren't out to rip you off. It was a pleasure, Port Alberni.

  Sent me home with broken parts on my car, failed to tell me they broke parts on my car. I had to be forceful with getting them to fix my car after they broke it. Also not sure if they broke my front end due to over tightening my axle. Never going back, also the manager/owner wasn't helpful at all. One star
