    As soon as I walked in I had eye contact with one of the girls (Shaila Gnyp!) She helped me pick a phone, a plan and, a case!!!

    I recommend Telus because I have been with them for more than ten years now. I am not great at figuring out a cell phone but I stop in and show me or adjust it no problem. I have had flip, Samsung and now a iphone 5SE. I will not buy a cell out of town. Buy here and service here!

    I had THE BEST AND MOST REMARKABLE experience today. The two young ladies were VERY helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. I got my phone from a different store and after my experience today I will only be shopping for phones at the Tom Harris location in Port Alberni. I will be recommending them to ALL my family and friends.

    Staff was fantastic. Jennifer and Amanda went out of their way to assist me with my phone issue even though I hadn't purchased it from them. Went over my bill as well and realized I was not on the correct plan. Fixed it up for me and got me a credit for the mistakes made where I purchased my new phone. I will recommend this place to everyone.
