  Great hotel in Port Alberni. Rooms are updated and clean. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Great, simple wifi. A good pub and restaurant on site.

  I don't review things too often but I am today just to let everyone know how we felt about our stay. I have travelled a fair bit and stayed in many hotels. My wife and I both feel we have never had a better experience in any hotel ever, and that includes a Disney resort where the service is supposed to be the best.

  Highly recommend this excellent pet friendly accommodation in the core of Port Alberni. Restaurant/bar on site. No complimentary breakfast but given a 20% discount voucher. Tasteful decor with spacious and comfortable rooms. Quality linens, pillows and toiletries. Friendly staff. This is our preferred home away from home when travelling the East to West corridor from Ucluelet to Parksville. Well run establishment.

  Hot tub closes at 7. That was irritating. Water tank blew, so no warm shower for one of two mornings. Mix up with billing. No conformation email that they said the would send. I had to call to confirm. Did not know it was that many things till I started writing. Bed was super cozy. Nice feeling hotel

  Your staff were amazing from the folks at the front desk to the great gang in the Stamps restaurant. The food was really great and we were so amazed by the cleanliness of your location. We commented that the facilities were as clean as our home and I like things spotless.

  Restaurant staff barely looks at you, nods you a mumbled ‘anywhere you like’ keeps chatting while you wait for a menu. Had a stain on sheets which revealed a bloodstain on the mattress cover. Front desk was great however and rest was fine. I’d fire the maid and the restaurant staff. Best in town, bare in mind. Will rebook there. Gym is nice.
