  Exactly how name says no frills .. low prices on most groceries but dont expect all brand names or best customer service but they do have very competitive price.. remember a loonie to get a cart and bring your own bags

  Unbeatable go to place in our town. Except for meat, lately especially. Other smaller stores often have more selection but no frills is best 80% of the time.

  I like everything except having to cough up a loonie for the shopping cart. I never have cash just cards. I would get rid of the coin cart, like save On, Wal-Mart ect.
