  I don't like buying vehicles, I find it unnecessarily time consuming at the dealership, and I don't have all day to spend with the salesperson. However, Brodie and the other sales people at Pacific Chevrolet were very helpful, providing what we needed with minimal of our time spent at the dealership. I was working with a limited time budget and a limited amount of patience they were great at recognizing this and making sure everything was handled in a very professional manner. In addition to a purchase of a new vehicle, I have to add that their service department is top notch. They know who I am, take care of my needs, and treat every concern I might have as important. As well, they provide information that will go a long way to the life of my vehicle.

  Fantastic experience during the jello jump, it was a really enjoyable community event. I was also very pleased with the customer service, i mentioned the type of vehicle and price range i was looking at and was contacted by Brodie Paxton 3 months later with the vehicle i was looking for and the price i could afford. I was happy to get my new family car here.

  This is a LONG time coming and I have to apologize for the delay on this review but Pacific Chevrolet offers INCREDIBLE customer service! We were traveling from Kelowna to Tofino when my car had some issues along the way. We decided it wasn't a good idea to continue but it was too late to get it checked out so we stayed the night in Port Alberni (losing a night on our already short vacation). The next am we went to Pacific Chev. & they brought the car in right away. While we waited an employee by the name of Al took an interest in our story, where we were from, where we were headed and shared some stories of his own with us. Not long after, the problem was diagnosed but now we needed a special part that they did not have in stock. I should mention this was a Saturday so not a lot was open. They ended up locating a part out of town and immediately sent a driver out to go pick it up. This was going to be a few hours before the part even arrived so Al took it upon himself to recommend some hikes after realizing out interests and then went above & beyond and drove us to the trail head, on the way he stopped at Starbucks and he bought us some coffees and left us at what they call "The hole in the wall" GREAT hike by the way. We didn't think much of Port Alberni until speaking with a local and discovering the real treasures. He left us with his business card so we could call him back after the hike, which we did. He was busy however, they sent another guy out right away! When we arrived back at the dealership, they had the part and had an estimated length of time it would take to repair so they lent us a loaner car to drive up to this awesome little restaurant which they also recommended and by the time we finished and got back to the dealership our car was ready and sparkling clean! We hit the road to Tofino right away. What we thought was going to be a half ruined trip turned out to be a diamond in the rough! Thank you Pacific Chevrolet & the entire team that helped that day! We'll be back to buy our next car!
