  Got a hair cut and was not thrilled. Since I washed my hair at home the same day I didn’t receive a wash and conditioner. I understand that since I have curly hair my hair shouldn’t be washed with shampoo often but conditioner would have been a good idea. She cut my hair while it was damp from my shower at home. I have been to many Aveda salons. Every time I go in I get my hairdressers advice on what I should get and always leave with beautiful salon styled hair. Not at this salon. She brushed my curly hair when she cut it which is understandable but she didn’t wet it after to get my curls back. She just put my damp, brushed out curly hair under the hairdryer and that was it. She didn’t even take me out of the hairdryer.. the guy who was giving me a massage came to get me. I ran into her on my way out after my massage and she just asked if my hair was dry. It wasn’t but I just said it was so I could leave. The haircut she gave me has no style what so ever, she just cut my dead ends off which is always nice but I could have gotten that done at first choice hair cutter for half the price. I left the salon with my frizzy combed out curly hair and immediately put it up in a ponytail.

  It was absolutely amazing! I took my girlfriend here for her first mani/pedi and the staff were amazing! Super friendly and engaging. Even though I waited for the whole duration of her treatment the staff were very engaging with me and made sure I was more then satisfied. The mani/pedi was done brilliantly and my girlfriend loved it! I would highly recommend this spa! It doesn't have the "super relaxed" atmosphere that most would but with all the friendly staff constantly engaging with their guests, it makes for an even better experience. 10/10!

  I know I went into the salon not knowing what I wanted but that’s no excuse. She knew I was leaving with terrible hair and took no care or pride in her work.
